You will receive an email from us upon ordering, to confirm your order from our store. This email will contain your order number and shipping address. Please check all details are correct and inform Auto Elements PTY LTD if there are details such as delivery address that is incorrect immediately via info@autoelements.com.au. It is your responsibility to provide all the correct details.

If you have changed your details, including your address or email and wish to let us know, you can login at any time to update your details.

Terms of sale & warranty

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Made to Order products will be listed as available and it is your responsibility to check the description provided for the advised turnaround time. Depending on the volume of orders we are processing there may be a longer turnaround time. Changed turnaround times due to high volumes will be communicated to you via email once the order has been placed or alternatively you can email us at info@autoelements.com.au to ask for an expected ETA for dispatched.

Second hand items are sold on an as is best described basis. There is no warranty on all second hand items. Auto Elements PTY LTD sell parts that require PROFESSIONAL installation. We will not warrant parts that have not been installed by a professional authorised mechanic or bodyshop that has the required credentials to fit these parts. Auto Elements PTY LTD sells parts that are for “off road use only”, are not street legal or conform to Australian road laws or ADR LAWS.

Any parts sold from Auto Elements PTY LTD that are used for motor racing purposes/off road use, warranty is VOID automatically and warranty is then on the onus of customer to contact that company that makes the product.

Any parts that are installed for “off road use” will affect owners factory vehicle warranty. It is up to the vehicle owner/customer to do their research and speak to local road authorities for any engineering required by law for buying and fitting aftermarket “off road use” parts for street driven vehicles. Auto Elements PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss or damages that may arise from your use of “off road” purpose products on the public or private roads.

Order acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a tax invoice. Only those goods listed on the tax invoice will be included in the contract formed.

Prices: All prices are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Please allow 2-3 working days for bank deposit payments to clear.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Auto Elements PTY LTD reserve the right to cancel the order.
