Returns And Refunds
Please check with staff if you have any questions regarding the product and/or fitment as items cannot be returned. You will need to contact Auto Elements PTY LTD by phone or email (info@autoelements.com.au) within 5 business days of purchasing to require a return for your item.
We do not accept any returns and refunds for Change of Mind. Please choose carefully and email us any questions you have to info@autoelements.com.au we endeavor to answer your questions/concerns as best as we can.
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return. Any returns will attract a minimum 15% restocking fee (EBay or website purchases), an additional 3.5% fee when refunding PayPal purchased returns. Shipping cost will not be refunded as a change of mind or incompetence in fitting a product.
The product including box and instructions must be in perfect saleable condition otherwise further charges may be applicable. We will of course accept warranty returns however these must be discussed with our staff prior to sending parts back. The return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser until warranty is confirmed.
